Hotel overview

Located in St. Louis’ Central West End, this polished hotel delivers a balanced blend of sleek comfort and local flavor. The rooms reflect contemporary style with none of the clutter, offering a quiet retreat in a lively neighborhood known for its fine dining and boutique shops. Guests may savor Spanish-inspired breakfast selections or relax in the tapas bar after a day exploring nearby cultural gems like the mosaic-adorned Cathedral Basilica. Business travelers benefit from dedicated facilities and helpful staff, while fitness enthusiasts can maintain their routine in the on-site gym. Free Wi-Fi supplements the stay, though parking comes at a cost. Despite a lack of a pool or airport shuttle, the walkability to key attractions is a significant advantage, making it a practical choice for those eager to explore the Missouri city without foregoing comfort.

Although some guests noted occasional noise from the bar’s live music, the hotel maintains a generally quiet and accommodating atmosphere. Friendly service and a modern feel consistently earn positive notes, while minor room inconsistencies like missing full-length mirrors appear in reviews. Overall, this hotel fits travelers seeking a well-located, stylish base with the conveniences needed for both leisure and business stays.

“Customer service was hands down the best. Not only that but the lobby is so cozy walking in. Then you get to a flawless room ready to help you soak in the time you spend. It is so close to attractions I would walk to them. A block away is a chess museum and it was incredibly. Very friendly people and they are very accommodating. My daughter sent me woth a stuffed giraffe named Giraffey on my travels. I think he took the city by storm. We used the conference room as it was a business trip and they were always ready to help refill water bring in extra chairs and so much more.”

“Cute hotel in a great location! Bartender pours some good pours, however musician is way toooooooo loud and couldn’t stay long since we couldn’t hear each other talking. The lavender bags in lobby in evening in such a sweet gesture! Loved the rooms as well but mine didn’t have a full length mirror which is odd?”

“Overall wonderful service by all of the staff. You can tell the employees from the custodial staff to the front desk and bar are all enjoying what they do and perform as a team for the customer. Excellent, excellent service by Nee Nee at the front desk. She went above and beyond to take care of my flight crew, offering suggestions for restaurants nearby, giving tips for visiting the St Louis area, and just being an all around friendly person. She worked with us when we had to unexpectedly extend our reservation. I’ve been to many hotels as flight crew, and she was a breath of fresh air. The bar service was also exceptionally friendly and quick.”
